A-Key:ReWorks (“we”) operates the iPhone game “Gunship 1000” (the “App”) and the official website https://a-keyreworks.com/ (the “Site”). This page explains how user information is handled in the App and on the Site.
This is an English translation. If it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version takes precedence.
1. The App “Gunship 1000”
Information we collect
The App does not collect any personal information or usage data. It does not send any information to us or to any third party.
Network access
The App does not use the internet. There is no account registration or sign-in.
Information stored on your device
Your play data (game progress, equipment and so on) and settings are stored only on your iPhone. We cannot see them. Deleting the App deletes this data. Note that when you back up your iPhone (for example to iCloud), iOS includes the play data in the backup.
Ads, analytics and purchases
The App contains no third-party programs (SDKs) for advertising, analytics or crash reporting. There are no in-app purchases.
Information provided by Apple
The App is distributed through the App Store. We may view aggregate figures that Apple provides, such as download counts, and crash reports from users who have agreed through Apple to share them with developers. Apple collects this information and provides it to developers in a form that does not identify individuals. Apple's handling is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Opening the Site from the App
When you open the privacy policy or support page from the App's settings, the Site opens in Safari. Your visit is then covered by 2. Analytics on the official website.
Information we receive when you contact us
If you email support@a-keyreworks.com, we receive what you send: your email address, your name (if included), the message and any attachments.
- Purpose: We use it only to reply to you and to investigate and fix problems.
- Third parties: We do not share it with third parties, except where required by law.
- Email routing: Your email passes through Cloudflare's email forwarding service before reaching the email service we use.
- Retention and deletion: We may keep your email after the matter is resolved, in case you write again about the same issue. To have it deleted, contact us at the same address.
2. Analytics on the official website
Purpose
The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how it is visited and to improve its content and loading speed.
What is measured
We see aggregate figures such as page views, visits, referrers, countries, device and browser types, and page load speed. An analytics script sends these measurements from your browser to Cloudflare.
According to Cloudflare, this analytics does not track visitors with cookies or local storage and does not use fingerprinting to identify individuals.
